I am so proud of my husband!! He took the six hour long Series 7 test on Tuesday hoping not to fail... and not only did he pass, he aced it with a 90%. Congrats hubby!!

Weekend Warrior

This weekend I have a lot on my agenda - belated birthday dinner with my husband, another birthday dinner for Matt's 30th, furniture shopping, and a few projects that I want to start and FINISH.

First off, I want to make a skirted table to go in the entry hall under our large mirror. We are in desperate need of more table space for frames, candles, flowers, etc. All I need is a cheap console table/desk, a staple gun, and some fun fabric! I will be scouring Forsyth Fabrics on Saturday for a bold fabric - seeing as this does not have to be permanent.

As for furniture shopping...

Now & Again is having their huge sale starting Saturday - so I will be there bright and early! I also want to stop by Authentique in Inman Park and Savvy Snoot on Howell Mill :)

Hopefully I will have some great finds to report on, but too many - Scott will go crazy. Speaking of "Scott" - Scotts Antique Show is next weekend - woohoo!! (another reason to limit this weekend's purchases)
